Well Rounded Mamas | Amelia

I have always loved babies and have spent much of my life around little ones, but becoming a mother opened my eyes to how deeply women themselves need support, nurturing, and advocacy during birth and postpartum. My son’s home birth was the experience that awakened my passion for birth work, and through time and prayer, I’ve felt God clearly call me into this work. 

I consider it a blessing and a purpose to support families during such a sacred moment in their lives.

As a doula, I believe birth is a natural and powerful process that thrives with trust, presence, and compassionate care. My philosophy centers on honoring the body’s intuitive design, creating a calm and nurturing space, and advocating for informed, confident choices throughout labor and birth.

I live in Franklin, Tennessee with my husband and our son, and I aim to support families in a way that feels grounded, peaceful, and faith-centered. My heart is to empower women to feel strong, supported, and deeply connected to their birth experience, no matter what path their story takes.
