Kimberly is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Birth Doula serving families throughout Middle Tennessee. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2014, she has specialized in prenatal massage, labor support, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and holistic women's wellness. She has supported more than 75 births in both hospital and home birth settings, providing compassionate, evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University and is passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported through every season of life. Guided by her Christian faith, she believes caring for the body, mind, and spirit is an important part of the healing and birth experience, and she strives to serve every family with compassion, excellence, and grace.
